What can I say – Nicola is a Super Positive Pocket Rocket who once she decides what she wants goes for it..

All of my VIP Miss Fitness Life Workout Club members will tell you Nicola inspires them on a daily basis with her “CAN DO” attitude.

Even when she is dealing with a lot she still has time to support everyone else and gives everything her BEST and I believe this is what makes her stronger mentally and physically.

1) Tell me about yourself.

I am an artist and a minister.

I travel a lot speaking in churches and at community events.

I exhibit my art in exhibitions and take it with me when I travel.

2) What was the turning point that made you decide – YES I am going to change my body and get into shape?

I was in a cycle of putting on 5-10 kg then having to work really hard to get it off.

I couldn’t hang onto my weight loss, starving myself and then splurging to make up for it.

I couldn’t fit into my clothes and was so frustrated.

I found Vix through a friend recommending her and have been hooked ever since!

3) So how long have you been following a Miss Fitness Life program?

I have been following the program for eight months now.

4) Tell me about some of the physical changes that you have noticed on the program?

I am so happy with my body now. I have lost 12kg of fat and so many centimeters.

Everyone is telling me how great I look but to be honest it’s my strong core that I am so happy with.

I feel so fit and strong and unstoppable.


5) What are the biggest positive changes you have noticed as a result of the being part of the program?

I know exactly the right balance of foods now and I can enjoy my food without starving myself!

I love the workouts as they are so achievable and Vix keeps it interesting every day, every week, every month.

6) What part of your body did you want to change the most?

My legs and bum.

7) Where do you do your workouts – home or gym and how do you fit them in your schedule?

I love the gym but started out at home

8) What is your favourite meal on the program?

9) How do you stay focused and motivated?

The other girls keep me focused and Vix is so inspirational.

Checking in every day with Vix via the Miss Fitness Workout Club is what keeps me getting results week after week.


10) How do you handle the family meals?

I just add extra’s to my sons meals but I have found they are eating more Veges now because I always have a big pot of them.

11) What would you say to anyone who is thinking about starting the Program but isn’t sure?

Just do it!
