WOW I am so excited to share Vicki’s story with you today.

Vicki is a member of my A-Team, and from the moment she decided to get serious she has been unstoppable.

All my VIP members will agree that Vicki is just a super positive Cheerleader for all members in my online program who Check -in their daily progress with me.

Vicki never questions anything I tell her and never looks for excuses, just RESULTS…..she is the first to take action on any suggestions I make.

I have seen so many changes in Vicki and it’s more than the weightloss.

I have really witnessed her blossom in self – confidence and her positive energy and self belief is just so radiating it makes everyone around her feel so good

Tell me about yourself?

I am a 56 year old MaMa!

My hubby and I have 3 adult children.

Our eldest daughter, 33, is married with the cutest daughter (3) and a totally captivating little son (10 mth).

Our son, 31, is married with 2 little princesses (6 & 4).

Our 27 year old baby met the love of her life in Paris, although they live in Queensland.

I work full time and totally love my job teaching Prep age children.

I have battled weight all of my life, yo-yoing that many times that I’ve lost count.

This is the most content and happiest I’ve ever been.

What was the turning point that made you decide – YES I am going to change my body and get into shape?

I badly broke my right arm in 2015, was operated on but couldn’t do anything for 6 weeks.

I was already overweight but not being able to do anything had me sitting on the lounge day in, day out.

I was verging on depression until my daughter virtually pulled me kicking and screaming off the lounge to go walking – mind you, I whinged the whole way for at least 2 weeks.

I then saw one of Vix’s Free 14 day challenges on FaceBook, so I was instantly inspired to give it a go again.

This was the start of my journey.

So how long have you been following a Miss Fitness Life program?

I first signed up in May 2014 but it wasn’t until May 2015 that I got serious.

Tell me about some of the physical changes that you have noticed on the program?

As I get older, my skin is losing elasticity but I am starting to tone now and slow down this process.

When I think about sitting on that lounge, it took every effort to even move, now I just bounce off AND I’ve got so much energy to play with my cute little grandkids!

I also had back problems that have now disappeared.

C – 92cm ………… NOW …………. 82cm = 10cm
W – 100cm ……… NOW …………..70cm = 30cm
H – 109cm ………. NOW …………..91cm = 18cm
L – 55cm ………… NOW …………..41cm = 14cm
A – 34cm ………… NOW ………….27cm = 7cm
W – 74.5kg ……….. NOW ………….59.1kg = 15.4kg

TOTAL 79cm & 15.4kg

What are the biggest positive changes you have noticed as a result of the being part of the program?

Loving myself, being happy and positive.

This also includes being flexible and positive whenever something good or bad happens.

What part of your body did you want to change the most?

My batwing arms, jelly quads and hips – nothing was in proportion.

Where do you do your workouts – home or gym and how do you fit them into your schedule?

My lounge room is my gym, I have a variety of weights, a kettle bell, a step and an exercise bike.

I work out early in the morning – I have my exercise clothes ready the night before then when the alarm goes off, I just roll & go.

This way, no matter what happens in my day, I’ve worked out!

What is your favourite meal on the program?

I have to say I love salmon (with one of the various seasonings that I’ve stocked up on), sweet potato, brussel sprouts and beans.

My Superclean smoothies have to be a close second though, especially the Superclean chocolate banana!

How do you stay focused and motivated?

Checking in to the Miss Fitness Life Workout Club VIP page on Miss Fitness Life every day.

This is invaluable as Vix and the girls are the best form of inspiration I’ve ever found.

We all relate to each other in a way that no one else would ever understand.

None of us have ever met but I’d have to say that a lot of the girls would be in amongst my closest friends.

How do you handle the family meals?

My hubby eats very simple, meat and veggies so that’s easy and if our children are over, they all eat the same as me.

As time has gone by, my family have all focussed on living healthy lives.

What would you say to anyone who is thinking about starting the Program but isn’t sure?

You can’t begin to live our lifestyle soon enough, I wish it had been 30 years ago, I would have prevented the damage I’ve done to my body and self esteem.

Miss Fitness Life is my second family, there is always someone to support me – with eating, exercise and even personal problems.

Vix and the wonderful group of girls always give me some form of inspiration when I check in each day!

I love the challenges each week.

Vix mixes them up so that there is always something new to focus on.

One week it may be stretching, the next goals, the next a focus exercise or like this week a different mantra/word for each day.

Then there are the workouts, each night I’m always eager to see what the following mornings workout is and this is because they are all different.

Vix organises them so that we get an overall workout.

Everything is covered, from beginners to how to fit it in if you are short on time.

Miss Fitness Life is the complete package, Vix has covered it all and she has totally changed my life!
