Tell me a little about yourself

My name is Roubina, I am 35 yrs old and have a 2.5 yr old son and a 1.5yr old daughter.

Where I once was a very fit and healthy martial artist in my younger years I did a full turn and became an unhealthy and obese mother of 2.

For 10yrs I was a healthy elite athlete competing in tournaments training 2 times a day 6 days a week.

I then met my husband to be.

I lost interest in competing, my training sessions dropped by then.

I had accomplished my 3rd degree black belt in martial arts.

I began to teach and slowly stopped all of it.

I was then caught up in work going out having fun and eating all the wrong foods I wasn’t even aware of all the weight I was gaining.

I went from 67kg to 134kg before I realised what had gone wrong all this weight I gained in 6yrs.

I lost 20kg in 2 years by walking to lose weight for my wedding.

2 months into my marriage I was pregnant with my son.

I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes.

I was horrified I didn’t want to take insulin shots.

I automatically changed the way I ate, I gave up all processed foods and began clean eating.

I still consumed diet soft drinks not being aware of how bad they were.

I lost a further 16kg over the pregnancy and the diabetes.

When my son was 4mnths old i was pregnant with my second.

This pregnancy I gained 8kg after my daughter was born.

I hit rock bottom trying to balance everything between both babies.

My weight was a yo-yo eating junk on the run.

I then come across your sight on Facebook and trialed the VIP challenge just before Valentines day.

I have now since become a member I am quite proud to announce that i haven’t skipped one workout.

I do 6 days a week.

I have not consumed any diet products since and all my meals that I create are healthy and clean eating.

I have read your books and am overwhelmed at how good I have felt since following your programs.

I have also lost 17kg in 14 weeks.

I started at 105kg and am now 88kg.

My aim is to lose another 20kg and increase my lean muscle.

I would like to thank you for all the amazing information and support that you put out there.

Before you you became a VIP member and joined the Program how did you feel about yourself?

I felt disgusted with myself.

I never wanted people to take photos of me as I was embarrassed on how I looked.

What was the turning point that made you decide – YES I am going to change my body and get into shape?

After reading the information on the free VIP challenge that I joined I was like u know what this chick knows what she is talking about I’m going to do this and here we are.

So how long have you been following the Program

14 weeks.

Tell me about some of physical changes that you have noticed on the program?

Omg I have dropped 17kg.

My flab and rolls are diminishing, everything is toning out and there is much less jiggle happening.
My arms are getting defined.
My whole body has strengthend.
It is amazing

What are the biggest positive changes you have noticed as a result of the being part of the program?

My immune system is so much stronger.

The kids catch a cold and I don’t πŸ™‚

I’m happier, healthier and a hell of lot fitter.

I can do pushups and planks without being on my knees like its amazing how quickly your body accepts these challenges.

What part of your body did you want to change the most?

My whole body.

Where do you do your workouts – home or gym and how do you fit them in your schedule esp with a little one running around?

I workout at home with my 2 little ones.

It’s impossible to go anywhere, but that’s why your program is so good it allows you to do it anywhere.

I have a lot of the equipment at home and the kids try to join in on the fun.

Its actually a good thing for the kids that way they learn at an early age to keep fit and eat right.

How do you find the weekly workout structure and new workouts you get each week as a VIP member?

I find them inspiring and a challenge, I actually hangout to see each new workout.

How do you stay focused and motivated?

I keep 2 photos in my bedroom of what I used to look like at my healthiest and what I had become at my heaviest and that’s enough to keep you going.

My kids also keep me very motivated because I definitely don’t want them to see there mum overweight and unhealthy.

I would like to ensure i bring my children up eating healthy and been fit.

How do you handle the family meals?

Well my husband is slowly consuming the meals that I cook for myself and the children.

Otherwise I cook separately for my husband.

Do you ever have any blowouts with food and if so how did you move forward?

I do on my refuel day.

I kind of used to think it was ok to overindulge, but that has since changed it actually makes me feel ill to consume anything processed now so i think to myself to I feel like been sick or not.

Tell me about your experiences and interactions on the VIP members site

I have been lacking in this department due to my children fighting to get to the laptop so I haven’t made the extra time to input which is why I’ve decided to overcome that by starting now.

What would you say to anyone who is thinking about starting the Program but isn’t sure?

I have tried many different diets and nothing has worked.

I read the information and everything made sense on how our body functions, what foods to eat and what to avoid and then the workout challenge.

Its enough to blow your mind and the fat straight off your body.

You would be mad not to give it a go, you have plenty to lose (fat) and plenty to gain (health and lean muscle) and a hot sexy bod.
