Lean and Mean Skipping Routine

This is a great routine you can do anywhere

 


TIP
You can pick up a skipping rope from your local fitness store for just a few dollars.

If you dont have a skipping rope just do the skipping action as if you had a rope.

 

Pushups                                Situps                   Squats

100 skips
10 pushups
10 Crunches
10 Squats

Then just start dropping the reps – 10 for skips and 1 for exercises

90 skips
9 pushups
9 Crunches
9 Squats

80 skips
8 pushups
8 Crunches
8 Squats

70 skips
7 pushups
7 Crunches
7 Squats

60 skips
6 pushups
6 Crunches
6 Squats

 

50 skips
5 pushups
5 Crunches
5 Squats

 

then 40 of each, 30 of each 20 of each and finally 10 of each
